Terms of Use
Last updated 2 September 2026
By using Sail Spotter you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
What Sail Spotter is
A free, independent tool that records published cruise fares over time and emails you about changes to sailings you choose to track. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any cruise line, and it is not a travel agent. All bookings happen on the cruise line’s own website.
Prices are indicative
- Fares are captured periodically by an automated process and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong.
- Availability, taxes, fees, promotions, and the final price are whatever the cruise line shows at the time you book — always confirm there.
- “Fly-cruise” fares include flights and aren’t directly comparable to cruise-only fares.
Acceptable use
Don’t scrape, overload, probe, or attempt to disrupt the service, and don’t use it to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
Availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sail Spotter is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information shown, from booking decisions, or from interruptions to the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
